골프산업의 성장과 그에 따른 골프경영 전문 인력의 필요에 의해 발생한 학문으로써 다양한 학문적 토대에 기초를 두고 있다. 따라서 본 교과에서는 성공적인 골프경영 전문가가 갖추어야할 골프경영학의 지식 및 이론적 체계를 습득하는데 있어 골프경영학의 개념과 목적, 골프경영관리의 영역, 골프경영의 구조, 골프소비자 행동 및 유형, 그리고 골프산업의 경영형태 등 다양한 접근방법을 통해 골프경영 전문가가 갖추어야할 자질과 태도를 심층적인 토론과 연구를 통해 함양하는 클래스

This course is designed for students to effectively deal with problems and issues faced by contemporary golf managers in golf industry. Unique characteristics of golf management and resulting social and ethical responsibilities of golf managers are discussed along with golf management function and process. Thus, students will have chances to promote their skills and attitudes for future golf managers through discussion sessions and research findings in the golf management settings.

골프경영학은 하나의 과학으로서 성공적인 골프경영자는 골프비지니스 조직 내외부의 직면한 문제를 과학적으로 분석하고 해결방안을 제시할 수 있는 연구 능력이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 교과에서는 골프경영의 이론과 연구방법을 학습하여 골프산업경영현장에서 제기되고 있는 문제에 대한 이슈를 중심으로 체계적이고 과학적인 접근 방법을 통하여 그러한 골프경영관련 문제를 과학적으로 분석하고 해결하고 규명하는 능력을 배양하는 클래스

Current golf managers are required to successfully deal with potential problems and issues that could influence golf business organizations‘ performance. In doing so, critical and analytical approaches to what matters are the foremost important skills for golf managers. This course focuses on general research methods of golf industry management, specific research examples, and the writing of a thesis that can help improve students‘ scientific research skills for solving problems.

다. 골프산업현장 인턴십(Golf Field Internship)

골프경영학 프로그램의 이수를 통해 습득한 골프경영이론, 기술 및 기법의 현장적용 기회를 갖는 것은 골프경영자가 골프비지니스 현장에 진출하기 전에 반드시 경험해야 할 교육과정이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 골프산업현장 인턴십 과정에서는 학생들의 관심분야와 진로에 기초하여 골프비지니스 조직에서 골프경영이론과 기법을 현장에 적용할 수 있는 실무능력 향상 기회를 제공하고 관련 골프비지니스 분야의 전문가들과 인적 네트워크를 확대할 수 있는 실습기회를 제공하는 클래스

The internship is the capstone experience of the golf management program that potential golf management graduates can apply their obtained knowledge and skills into practices and fields of golf management in golf industry. Accordingly, the internship will provide students opportunities for them to verify their competences in the market and to build personal networks that can facilitate their job attainment. Students must serve as interns at an approved golf management site under direct supervision of a person in a managerial level golf management position in the market.

마. 골프장 PR마케팅관리(Golf Course PR Marketing)

골프마케팅에 관한 기본 원칙과 개념정리 및 소비자행동, 가격결정, 시장조사 등을 포함한 마케팅 전략을 학습한다. 그리고 골프 커뮤니케이션과 관련된 TV광고, 신문 및 영상홍보에 대한 개념과 관련 주제에 대한 워크샵 클래스.	This course teach the students an elementary principles about golf marketing and marketing strategy to include a general concept of golf marketing, consumer behavior, a value decision and a market examination. And, introductory and specialized workshops on topic such as TV advertising, newspapers, visual ad related to golf communication.

바. 골프장 잔디병해충관리(Management of Golf Course Grass)

골프코스의 잔디재배와 병해충관리에 대한 전문적인 분야의 기법과 코스관리자, 운영자적 측면에서 전문적인 지식과 이론을 학습한다. 그리고 잔디를 재배, 관리, 유지하는 방법과 토양관리, 비료주기 그리고 일반적인 잔디와 특수한 잔디 관리에 관한 이론과 실습과정을 학습하는 클래스.

This course is design to increase your awareness of the primary roles and responsibilities of the golf course superintendent golf course landscape and disease and pest design techniques. A working knowledge and understanding of the superintendent‘s function will enhance communication and coordination as well as improve your ability to explain the necessity of course maintenance such as course operation, aeration, watering and mowing

사. 골프장 재무관리(Golf Course financial Management)

본 과목은 골프회계의 기초적인 개념과 이의 적용을 소개하는 코스로 2 부분으로 구성된다. 첫째 부분은 재무회계의 기본구조 및 회계 원칙을 다루며, 경영성과 및 재무 상태에 대한 보고체계를 강조하여 설명한다. 둘째 부분은 관리회계와 관련된 주제로서 원가의 개념과 유형, 원가배분 및 통제, 표준원가제도, 원가계산방법, 예산작성 등을 소개하는 클래스.

This course presents the golf accounting concepts and their applications in a business setting that allows students to understand accounting as it is applied in serving not only the business world but all of society. This course is composed of 2 parts: Part 1 explains the basic structure and principles of golf financial accounting, including the determination and reporting of net income and financial position. In Part 2, golf managerial accounting is introduced, with emphasis on cost concepts and measurement; cost accounting systems; analysis of cost and volume-profit relationships; standard costs and variances; and budget preparation.

아. 골프장 설계 및 시공(Golf Course Plan & Build)

본 강좌에서는 골프장 골프코스를 디자인 하고 설계하는 것에 대한 전문적인 많은 지식을 얻을 수 있다. 본 강좌를 통해 골프코스 디자인, 관리, 보수에 관련된 일을 쉽고 빠르게 학습하는 클래스.	This course will increase your awareness of the many different aspects of the golf course plan and construction with a working knowledge and understanding of the course design process. You will be better to contribute to projects involving golf course design, maintenance and course renovation.

본 교과는 골프비지니스 조직경영에 있어 핵심인 시설, 프로그램 그리고 인적자원에 대한 전반적 경영 평가 및 타당성 분석에 기초하여 골프비지니스 조직의 내외부적 경영환경에 성공적으로 대응할 수 있는 경영전략을 수립할 수 있는 경영능력을 배양하는 클래스.	This course will increase your awareness of golf business organizations confront managerial difficulties and liquidation. With this in mind, this course is designed for students to evaluate golf facility, program and human resource for a golf organization and to provide managerial strategies that derive business advantages.
